You have to stop being "trapped" in "bad things" such as watching bad movies, talking about sex, talking about girls, and every bad thing. Next is to confess this to the Father in Church. Whenever you get to know Jesus better, you will recognize that you were trapped in such a bad thing. Try always to keep away and not to be seduced by what comes in your mind. Promise not to indulge in bad environment with wrong people. If you want to leave this bad practice, you will have to indulge in Church affairs. Read Bible often. As much as you get the practice, hold Bible in hands and think what you are doing. Always say "no" whenever the wrong things rise.
